For years, working in hospitality in Georgia as a non-local, I faced a challenge that many managers know too well: finding the right suppliers and products quickly and efficiently. It wasn’t just about knowing what you need—it was about navigating a fragmented market where information is hard to access.
Not all companies are listed online, and even when they are, details are often incomplete. Large suppliers rarely answer the phone on the first try, and getting from an operator to the right distribution supervisor can take multiple calls. Requesting a product catalogue? You might wait days, only to realize the promise was forgotten. Even after a decade in hospitality, I still found it difficult to source exactly what I needed—especially when moving between roles and departments.
The market itself is constantly evolving. Prices change, assortments shift, and staying competitive requires ongoing research. Yet, not every hospitality business can afford a dedicated procurement manager. In smaller operations, this responsibility falls on already overloaded operations managers.
Suppliers face their own struggles. Reaching decision-makers in HoReCa is tough, especially for local producers with limited marketing budgets. Connecting with the right audience often feels like an uphill battle.
These challenges inspired me—first as an idea eight years ago—to create a solution: a platform designed specifically for the HoReCa industry. A space where hospitality businesses can find all the products they need, with updated contacts, promotional materials, and price lists. This isn’t just another business directory. It’s built by a team that understands what HoReCa wants.
On this platform, managers can place purchasing requests and receive ready offers within hours—without calling each supplier individually. For suppliers, it’s a direct line to their target audience, making sales easier and more efficient.
I believe this project will help hospitality businesses become more profitable, simplify operations for managers, and bring suppliers closer to their clients. We’re committed to making the platform easy to use and valuable for everyone involved.
